Today's prayer times
Adhan times are calculated for our location in Baltimore using the ISNA method. Iqamah is when the congregation stands — arrive before then.

Before you come
Common questions
I've never been to a masjid before. Can I still come?
Yes, without question. You do not need to be Muslim to visit, and you do
not need to know what to do. Come in, find a seat at the back if you'd
rather observe, and someone will be glad to explain anything you ask about.
What should I wear?
Modest, comfortable clothing that covers the shoulders and knees. Sisters
are asked to bring a headscarf; spares are usually available if you don't
have one. Shoes come off before entering the prayer hall.
What time should I arrive for Jumu'ah?
The khutbah begins at 1:15 PM. Arriving
fifteen to twenty minutes early gives you time to park, make wudhu, and
find a place in the rows before the khatib begins.
Is there space for sisters?
Yes. Expanding and improving the sisters' prayer area is one of the
priorities in our revitalization plans.
How do I register a child for the weekend school?
Speak to a volunteer at the masjid, or email
masjidbaitallah@mbabaltimore.org
and we will send you the registration details.
I need help — food, rent, or a funeral. Who do I speak to?
Call the masjid on (443) 945-4210
or come in person and ask for the brother handling community assistance.
Requests are handled privately.
